For availing accommodation facility, the following procedure should be followed:

STEP 1: Please fill the attached form (Form H2) and send it to chiefwardenoffice@iiti.ac.in.
STEP 2: Chief Warden Office will reply to you within 2 working days and final confirmation within 5 working days
STEP 3: Hostel office will confirm the availability of the guest room
STEP 4: The payment will be made by the visitor on advance basis. Transaction details should be send to chiefwardenoffice@iiti.ac.in and CC to chiefwarden@iiti.ac.in and fasja1@iiti.ac.in
STEP 5: Report to concerned hostel office on arrival with receipt.

STEP 4: The payment will be made by the visitor on advance basis. Transaction details should be send to chiefwardenoffice@iiti.ac.in and CC to chiefwarden@iiti.ac.in and fasja1@iiti.ac.in
STEP 5: Once the payment is done, the student is required to visit the Accounts & finance department for getting the payment receipt seal and signed.
STEP 6: Report Hall office on the arrival of a guest with the receipt.
